All damp proofing chemicals and materials are covered by the guarantee to help give peace of mind to the client now and for the future.

Upon completion and receipt of full payment for all work, A1 Damp Proofing Solutions will provide an appropriate Kingfisher Approved Installer guarantee and Kingfisher Material/Chemicals Guarantee relating to the work completed.
In the event of a client making a claim against the guarantee then a re-inspection of the work carried out will be conducted. If the claim is due to poor workmanship and/or failure of any materials/chemicals used then A1 Damp Proofing Solutions will carry out any remedial action required to remedy the problems, in some circumstances this may involve an alternative Kingfisher Approved Contractor.
